Some Opinions
- All India Cases are concerned it is really a commendable, which you have undertaken. I find lot of decisions of Apex Court covering the field of law. Iappreciate your efforts in the legal field in bringing All India Cases. I have already recommended these books for our library.
Justice Rajesh Tandon, Uttaranchal High Court
- All India Cases is one of those few journals which has the added advantage of clear printing and promptitude of reporting. The combination makes it unique............. this journal, would become indispensable for any library, student and practitioner of law.
Justice K.N. Singh, Former Chief Justice of India
- This complete Journal covers all subjects and Judgments of the High Court and of the Apex Court. The head notes are apt and helpful for understanding the ratio. I found its printing of high standard. This Journal will be great help to the Bar and the Bench I wish good luck and success to the Publishers of this Journal.
Justice V.N. Khare, Chief Justice of India
- I have perused the Two volumes which are novel in the sense that we get the journal already bound. The binding and the printing is also good. The paper and the bold print is very convenient for reading. I find the arrangement of the journal which contains the judgments of the Supreme Court and all other High Courts, from the important law points, table of cases, topical index and the subject index very convenient and useful for all of us.
Justice R.J. Kochar, Bombay High Court
- It appears to me that the selection of the cases is made keeping in mind the important law points laid down in the cases. The General Index and Topical Index are prepared very carefully and are really useful. Head notes of the cases reported in the Journal have been prepared very carefully and gives the reader a correct purview of the points decided in the cases.
Justice V.K. Khanna, (Former Chief Justice and Chairperson Punjab State Human Rights Commission)
- I had the privilege of going through two volumes of your newly published journal, All India Cases. Each volume being completely bound, there is no scope for missing of any part of the journal. The reporting seems to be copious. It covers all subjects and the judgment of all the High Courts and the Supreme Court. The printing is of very high standard. The pages used are of high quality. The headnotes are apt and helpful for understanding the ratio. The journal will be of enormous help to both the Bar and the Bench. I wish all success for the journal.
Justice Dilip Kumar Seth, Calcutta High Court
- Your system of indexing is also unique. If a person wants without spending much time to get abreast with the law he can just glance through the few pages of the land-mark judgment reported and important law points. If he wants to find a case on a point and knows the relevant Act or Section, he can go through the subject index. If he does not know this, he can go through the topical index. The head notes are precise. The binding and print is also very good and for this reason also it should occupy a prominent place in any library.
Justice Janardan Sahai, Allahabad High Court
